Where is my order?

As every purchase is made-to-order, you will only receive a tracking link via email or sms once your order is made and ready for shipping.

Why is it taking so long?

If you are facing issues with the delivery speed or the status of your delivery has not changed for a few days, please contact us via contactus@yumeco.sg. You will need to indicate your Order No. and we will do our best to help you.

Customs & Extra Charges

Customs regulations vary from country to country and frequently change, sometimes causing delays to your order(s) and occasionally incurring additional charges that need to be paid by you. We have taken all reasonable measures to comply with the world's shipping standards. However, we do not collect customs or tax charges on your orders on your behalf and it is not reflected in the amount you were charged by Yume Co.

If you are charged for duty or customs taxes, please pay the requested amount to the respective government agency.
