Can I change or cancel my order after it’s shipped?

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been shipped.

Can I change the address in my order?

You can update or change the address of your order by contacting us via contactus@yumeco.sg. If your order has already been shipped, we can request our logistics partners to update your latest shipping address if there are no additional costs involved.

How do I change the design(s), size, product color of my order?

To change any details of your order, please contact us via contactus@yumeco.sg. Please note that we can only change your order details if the manufacturing process has not started.
